    A limited number of merit-based Graduate Division Achievement Scholarships are available to qualified graduate students at UHM. To be eligible, a student must be a degree-seeking student in a master’s or doctoral program and have a cumulative GPA of 3.5 or above. Students apply through their graduate programs. Awards are competitive.

  • Hau‘oli Mau Loa Fellowship

    The purpose of this fund is to provide two-year graduate assistantships to students pursuing degrees in Oceanography, Earth Sciences, Marine Biology, and Botany. Funds may be used but are not limited to costs associated with attendance (e.g. books, fees, etc.) in addition to funds for student salary, travel to conferences or for research and supplies, to complement UH’s tuition exemption for graduate assistants.
