The School of Ocean and Earth Science and Technology (SOEST) hosted a workshop series titled “The Graduate School Application Workshop Series” for students interested in starting their graduate education in STEM, especially those interested in Oceanography, Marine Science, or Marine Biology. Their intention for this workshop series is to lower the barriers of entry to graduate school by providing students with information and resources about the graduate application process. This workshop series is not just targeted at college seniors, they hope to reach folks at all academic stages including juniors, recent graduates, and alumni looking to go back to school.
