State space Kalman Filter
A statistical model to estimate position errors, movement model parameters, and most probable positions from tracking data.

KFtrack R-Package - under development (Anders Nielsen, Royal Veterinary and Agricultural University, Denmark)

The kftrack software previously posted on this site has been upgraded. If you have been using this software, it is strongly recommended that you download the KFtrack R-Package in the above link. The "Win*" of this package contains an updated Windows executable in the folder "kftrack\admb".
