Artifact Condition: Vehicle appears to be only a chassis with a full set of wheels. The vehicle is on its side. One of the upper wheels has slide down the axel. The wheels appear to have had rubber tires. Survey of vehicle showed only the bottom side. The bumper can be seen on one end and the drive train on the other indicating which is front and rear ends.
Additional Information: This vehicle is in an area of a high concentration of vehicles. Their proximity is so close many share the same position.
