  • - Measuring and understanding ocean acidification
  • - Air-sea exchange of CO2 at the ocean surface
  • - Understanding multiple tracer relationships
  • - Examining carbonate and organic matter re-mineralization
  • - Examining the basin-scale distributions of both natural and
    anthropogenic carbon in the ocean’s interior
