eProjects is a web-based proposal system which makes it easy to prepare, submit, review, update, and track research and outreach grant proposals. The system has been designed to resemble many paper-based proposal processes. Researchers and peer reviewers can log into the system from anywhere in the world to work on and review proposals.
eProjects originally called Webnibus was created by Oregon Sea Grant and Central Web Services at Oregon State University and is now available as open source software under the Open Software License.
