Antti Pessi
Introduction

Dr. Antti Pessi is an alumnus of University of Hawaii, Department of Meteorology. His research focused on lightning applications and included assimilating lightning-derived products into numerical mesoscale models and specifically investigating the impact of lightning data assimilation on the intensity and structure of tropical and extratropical cyclones. Antti is currently working with Vaisala Inc. in Boulder, Colorado.
