I am a Professor in the Department of Oceanography. My primary research focus is on marine biogeochemistry, from coastal waters to the open ocean.
I am actively involved in the biogeochemistry and physical dynamics of permeable sediments in tropical environments and the development of low-cost student- and citizen-deployable in situ sensor systems.
