This display shows a 2-D line plot of the data along the yellow line in the previous screen shot. The title below the plot indicates the location of the two end points for this profile. If you want to reverse the direction of the z axis (for this plot, or the plot of any other slice), type "f" on top of the graphics screen. To change the vertical exaggeration of any plot you can type the value into the "Vert. exag." button, then hit the space bar to update the plot. Alternatively, you can type "s" on top of the graphics screen. The location of the cursor when you type "s" will become the new bottom of the plot (this is not always true - it depends on the vertical exaggeration of the currently displayed slice). The next screen shot shows the same plot after typing "f" to reverse the z axis, and "s" to reduce the vertical exaggeration.
