When you are zoomed in, scroll bars appear on the bottom and right side of the plot. Clicking the bottom or right scroll bar with the left mouse botton pans the location of the viewed region to the left or upwards, respectively. Clicking with the right mouse button pans to the right or downwards, respectively. Clicking with the center button centers the region displayed at the relative location of the cursor within the scroll bar.
