Notes on guests: A guest, adult or child, who attens only the Welcoming Reception Dinner on Friday evening, and not the coffee breaks or lunches, is asked to pay the "guest registration" fee. If a guest wishes to have lunch with the meeting attendees, please print out a separate registration form and register him or her as a regular meeting participant.
Notes on Lodging: We have obtained special room rates at the Hilton Hawaiian Village in Waikiki, where the meeting will be held. Please make your own reservations and identify yourself as a participant in the "National Space Grant Directors Council Meeting." More lodging information.
