Motion (1): Resolved: The Space Grant Consortium Directors shall, as members, incorporate and form the National Space Grant Alliance.

Motion (2): A motion to accept the Bylaws crafted by the Space Grant Directors to define the purpose and govern the operations of The National Space Grant Alliance.

If the Alliance is created, the meeting becomes a Meeting of the Space Grant Alliance:
