Marine and coastal education is at the heart of UH Sea Grant's regenerative process to improve sustainable practices through capacity building that results in effective researchers and a workforce and populace skilled in natural resource stewardship.

UH Sea Grant supports the education of students at all levels through internship, fellowship, and research and mentoring programs focusing on experiential and integrative education.

Success is achieved through collaborative partnerships that link public and charter schools, non-governmental organizations, natural resource agencies and the community at large.
