Summary:
The University of Hawai‘i High Performance Building Standards project establishes standards for new designs and building retrofits on the University Manoa campus. There are three phases to this project:
1.
Preliminary investigations and identification of relevant codes, regulations and standards
2.
Draft, review and establish standards
3.
Incorporate all into RFPs for construction and major renovations and retrofits
