SOEST Email Incoming and Outgoing Server Information

 

 

In general, SOEST incoming mail servers are associated with office location.


Building Incoming Server
 POST  leka.soest.hawaii.edu
 HIG / Marine Center  mano.soest.hawaii.edu
 MSB / CMORE  iniki.soest.hawaii.edu

 

If your computer never leaves the SOEST network,
you can use the same server for both incoming and outgoing

If you have a laptop or access SOEST email from outside the SOEST network,
you should setup a secure outgoing connection through our SMTP authentication server,
smtp-server.soest.hawaii.edu
