RCF - Research Computing Facility
 

RCF is the computer and network support group for SOEST.Our function is to maintain, support, and upgrade the network infrastructure for the School of Ocean and Earth Science and Technology, and to support the users and computers on that network. RCF consists of two full time technicians, one 75% FTE technician and one student assistant. Our office is located on the 8th floor of the POST building in room number 820.

RCF currently supports the network and users of the following buildings within SOEST:
      > Pacific Ocean Science and Technology (POST) Building - All floors except the 2nd and 3rd
      > Marine Sciences Building (MSB) - ALL floors
      > Hawaii Instititue of Geophysics (HIG) - ALL floors
      > CMORE section of biomed *coming soon*
