A few notes about the CTD files.
Data (downcast only) was processed using the parameters described in the header of the *.CNV files following SeaBird protocols using SBE Data Processing Software v5.37e.

Filetype	Description
*.CNV	1m binned tracefiles
*.jpg	plots of the CTD traces
*.mrk	variables at mark (bottle fire) depths
*.dat	raw binary data
*.hdr	short header for cast
*.ros	header with variable names
*.con	configuration files
*.bl	bottle trigger information (time/scans included)
