Things to do for the near future:

Compare raw time series of Chl a at station ALOHA to the time series of FSLE at the same location;
For the float study: produce the time series of the FSLE averaged over a radius from the float location and perform a Monte-Carlo analysis to get the confidence on the correlation between FSLE and upwelling events;
Output of the FSLE routines: percentage of parcels that left the larger domain before the final separation has been reached, together with their timing;
ROMS model: start a simulation;
Viruses in a model;
