10.15.2012: First runs with the virus model of Rhodes-Truscott-Martin model 2

Things to do:

1. Read Kelvin’s paper and re-read Rhodes et al.’s paper
2. Reproduce Kelvin’s result (no virus) which would extend in parameter space the work of Rhodes et al.
3. See the difference with virus (still without mixing nor stirring)
4. Add mixing and stirring
