In this Nature’s opinion and view, Nick Barnes argue why scientists should publish their computer code they use to perform their analysis in their paper. I am an advocate of this idea as well. I think it will enable other scientists to more easily reproduce the results of paper –a conerstone of science–, and to increase the rate of progress.
