Current activity:

I am currently a post-doc researcher at the Institut de Recherche pour le Développement (IRD). My research project is funded by the European Commission (Outgoing International Fellowship) and comprises two phases: one of 1.5 years at
the Hawaii Institute of Marine Biology (HIMB) and one of 1.5 years at the Unité de Recherche CAMELIA (CAMELIA) in New Caledonia.

I work under the supervision of Dr Renaud Fichez (IRD) and Pr Marlin Atkinson (HIMB) and in collaboration with Pr Stjepko Golubic and Pr Les Kaufman from Boston University (BU).

Biogeochemical cycles (C, CaCO3, N, P) and algae ecology

        




* Role of the endolithic microflora in coral reef ecosystems
