2. Measurement of fine-structure of oxygen in the ocean: oxygen sensor development and patch structure from biological-physical interactions.

3. Remote sensing of coral reefs: spectral reflectance of coral reef benthos, radiative transfer theory; airborne and satellite mapping of bottom types.
