Class journals are your personal record of what happened in the class. Hopefully, they will be a quick-reference record you can refer to as you study for exams, and after the class, if you want to review some aspect of the content. The journals will be collected and graded periodically. Some specifics: I would like you to make an entry for each lecture. Each entry should only be one or two sentences long. Each entry should describe what you thought were the one or two most important points of the lecture. These can be general or specific. You can also include any questions you have, or comments about the class, in addition to your one or two sentences about the lecture. This provides you with another means to communicate your issues or concerns during the semester
