I joined this cruise because I wanted to see Kauai from the ocean. I have always wanted to live on a boat. I love science. I have a bachelors degree in Biology and a Masters Degree in Special Education/ Gifted Education and a National Board for Professional Teaching Certificate in Science.
Current research: How to best teach geology concepts to children in Hawaii through hands-on-labs and activities
I love that when you live on a boat you can walk out of your workroom and have the magnificent and powerful ocean right there. Everybody aboard the ship likes what he or she does for a living and is willing to teach me something new.
