A small limestone island Kuka’imanini, or “manini fish procession,” is offshore the park. The sand beach fronting the park is lined by a rocky shelf, while large ironwood trees comprise the backshore. Beachcombers and fishers are the park’s most frequent visitors. The surf site Bong’s is on the reef offshore.
