POSITION TITLE:  Driller-Geologist

EMPLOYER/ORGANIZATION:     ESN Pacific

POSITION DESCRIPTION:    Operate and maintain direct push and auger drill rigs for a small environmental company in Honolulu. Must be professional, physically fit, work independently with clients, able to work long hours, and self motivated.  We provide drilling and field services to clients throughout the Islands of Hawaii and the Pacific Rim, such as American Samoa and Guam.  Special consideration will be given to anyone with experience in drilling, environmental field, and or geology.  Probationary period for this position is 3 months with possible advancements to management.  Benefits include 10 days of vacation (available immediately), matching contributions to a retirement fund, flexible work schedules, health plan (including vision and dental), cell phone allowance, comp-time, relaxed work environment, and bonuses.

QUALIFICATIONS:  BA or BS degree in Geology, Environmental Science, or similar field.  Able to lift 100 pounds.  Duties will include: logging soil samples; generating boring log maps on computer software; installing, developing, and sampling monitoring wells.  Must also work well with others, follow directions and adhere to company policies and OSHA regulations, pass regular drug screen tests, show a clean drivers abstract, and drive 15,000 lb trucks with standard shifts.

SALARY/COMPENSATION: 35,000 to 45,000 DOE
