Reseach Fields:
Geodynamics and Geophysics

Reseach Topics:

Mantle and lithospheric processes controlling the origin and evolution of hotspot volcanoes and mid-ocean ridges using the following:
• Marine geophysical data (i.e., bathymetry, gravity, and seismology) to characterize crustal and mantle structure
• Geochemical data to constrain source properties and magma mixing
• Computer simulations and laboratory experiments to examine dynamical processes.
