Application Information

For U.S. students, applications are due by January 15 for enrollment the following Fall semester and September 1 for enrollment the following Spring semester. Application deadlines for foreign students are January 1 and August 15, respectively.

GRE scores (General Exam) are required for all applicants. The TOEFL score is required for international applicants. Please visit University of Hawaii Graduate Division Admissions for complete details.

All University of Hawai'i campuses use the same System Application Form for undergraduate enrollment.

Undergraduate Application forms

1. Download the PDF files and print them out.
2. Fill out the forms as indicated in the instructions.
3. Collect the additional documents required for a complete application.
4. Mail the completed forms and application fee to the campus you wish to attend.
