KOK 09-03 Noon report for Sunday February 22, 2009.

Noon Position: Lat: 20-56.3 N // Long: 156-45.5 W
Miles Run: 120 nm // Total miles run: 130 nm
Fuel used: 1,270 gal. // Fuel on board: 47,516 gal
Potable water used: 1,016 gal. // Potable water on board: 47,516 gal

Weather: Wind: 030 deg T. 22 kts. // Sea State: 4 // Swell: 020 deg T.
4 FT.
Barometer: 30.07 in. // Temp: 73 deg F. // Mostly sunny

Comments: The P-V was underwater at 0825 on dive # 716 with the
following personnel. T. Kerby, T. Montgomery and D Opresko. At around
0915 felt a bad vibration when engaging the engines. Around 0945
determined that the shaft in the Stb'd "B" motor was broken and we can
not use the stb'd shaft. Recovered the P-V at 1215 and are now heading
back to pier 45. Will be at the sea buoy at 0630 tomorrow morning.

Comments: The P-IV was underwater at 0839 on dive # 211with the

The P-V was underwater at 0918 on dive # 715 with the following
personnel. M. Cremer, D. Chivas and D. McCann. We disembarked two of the
science personnel last night at the Ko olina Marina after the dives last
night. They were D. Corbett and L. Heartwell. Will be at the sea buoy at
0700 tomorrow morning and go to the fuel pier.

Cremer, D. Corbett and D. McMann. The personnel transfer went well this
morning.

yesterday and they are diving on that again today.
