Current Projects:

  • Artificial insemination of lyretail swordtails for the increased
    production of lyretail varieties and other freshwater fish
  • Use of Oviprim hormone for the induced controlled production of
    freshwater species
  • Research to refine larval rearing techniques for a variety of
    freshwater fish species
  • Refinement of efficient production methods for live larval feeds
  • Bio-filtration and water re-use for water conservation and nutrient
    uptake
