Grades 2-3 - Exploring Maui's Tidepools
Participants of the Tide Pools project are assigned a tide pool species to research and photograph in its habitat.
Grades 3-4 - Maui's Coral Critters
Participants of the Coral Critter project research coral reef species at school and then study them more in depth at Maui Ocean Center.
Grades 4-5 - Welcome to the Wetlands
Participants of the Watershed project compare and contrast the different plants within the watershed, and their field data collection is incorporated into a multimedia presentation.
Grades 6-8 - My Watershed
Participants of the Watershed project compare and contrast the different plants within the watershed and their field data collection is incorporated into a multimedia presentation.
Grades K-8 - Ocean Pollution Solutions
Participants conduct a scientific investigation of marine pollution on Hawaii's waters, and then work in small teams to develop a set of multimedia interpretive exhibits to help educate the public about protecting Hawaii's waters.
