This mission is one of a series of ongoing surveys of the Ala Wai Canal Plume. The vehicle was deployed near the Kilo Nalu 10m site and headed east conducting the survey. The mission was stopped early because of large vessel traffic in the area. The mission was designed to allow the vehicle collect surface data on most legs and collect data from the surface to the seafloor on the boundary legs and the center leg. The vehicle used GPS for navigation and completed the mission in 1 hour 00 minutes covering a total distance of 6.7km. Data collected includes bathymetry, currents, acoustic backscatter, optical backscatter, chlorophyll flouresence, salinity and temperature.
