GG104 Pōhaku final project results

The final project for GG104 (and for GG103 in Fall 2005) is to make a stone implement using the traditional (i.e., stone on stone) method.  Students are also tasked with describing the texture and mineralogy of their stones, and with explaining why that particular stone was chosen.  Mahalo to Eric Enos, Sam Gon III, Earl Kawa`a, John Sinton, Walterbea Aldeguar, and Kiana Frank for their explanations, demonstrations, help, and encouragement over the years.  Click on a year for photos.
