The whole power supply will actually sequence up without intervention from the controller. The Startup Circuit keeps all circuits powered down until there is adequate current to power them on in a clean and stable manner. First, the Controller is awakened so that it can “watch” the remainder of the sequence. Then the A-Bus powers the Observatory under control of the first watchdog timer to establish communication from shore. Unless instructed otherwise, the second watchdog will power up the User B-Bus.
